The roleWe are seeking for an experienced Quality and Environment Manager to join Fabory either in Tilburg or Antwerpen. You will have a crucial role in driving the quality assurance and environmental program and standards at Fabory Group while your organizational Q&M management responsibilities will lie within the Netherlands and Belgium. You will drive Q&E management systems focusing on internal and external customer satisfaction and continuous improvement. This requires you to closely collaborate and communicate with leaders of all business processes and their team members as well as government institutions, auditors, and customers. Together with our Health &Safety Manager you will implement and maintain various Health and Safety programs.The Q&E Manager reports to the Fabory Group Quality & Technology Manager. This role is based either in Tilburg or Antwerpen. Your primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Organize the development and maintenance of quality & environmental management documents (policies, manuals, procedures, instructions) based upon the Fabory vision, mission and strategy, and international standards and regulations or legislations.Perform risk assessments and internal audits, coordinate external audits, to control the adherence to the Q&E management system and to initiate preventive, corrective and continuous improvement actions.Lead and communicate on the Q&E strategy to other parts of the Fabory group and assist on the implementation and maintenance if applicable.Report on Critical Success Factors about Q&E on a regular basis and initiate improvement if necessary.Communicate both to internal and to external relations about Q&E compliancy, risks and opportunities, to stimulate awareness and knowledge.Organize the certifications of quality and environment management systems to ISO 9001 and 14001, support to the management of other certifications such as ISO/IEC 17025, Remarking Certificates etc.Keep updated on (changes of) environmental legislations, quality management developments.Organize and update (ao) environmental licenses and permits for the branches (shops)Upon request, provide customers with relevant information on the Q&E management system of FaboryUpon request, provide customers information or declarations/statements on Fabory’s compliancy to environmental legislationsTo become successful, you should have:Bachelor or Master degree (preferably in Quality or Environmental Management).Minimum of 5 years relevant work experience in an international company (medium-sized or large organization).Certificate Internal Auditor (ISO 9001, 14001).Experience driving quality and environmental programs, health and safety programs.Proven ability to read, understand and interpret work related standards, publications and legislations.Strong communication skills at different levels of the organization, both with internal and external relations, in both Dutch and English language.What we offerWe would love to help you become your best self by focusing firmly on your growth, development, and investing in an environment where you keep on learning every day.
