- Improve the employee experience and enable rapid scalability by driving continuous improvements and automation.
- Implement and convey programs and services to employees, advise and support firm management, and handle People Team queries and actions through to completion.
- Create an operational excellence strategy for onboarding, offboarding, transfers, employee engagement, and compliance. Use effective ways to improve system speed while maintaining data integrity and scalability. This includes HRIS and other compensation and performance management systems.
- Manage immigration processes and record-keeping with the assistance of the legal department and outside counsel.
- Build the People team’s compliance discipline, conduct data integrity auditing, and serve as the People team’s compliance lead for everything.
- Manage the administration of global benefits and leave processing.
- Provide knowledge in project groups and collaborate on cross-functional deliverables to guide People Operations-related projects.
- Ensure that all federal, state, and international employment laws are followed.
