Online Loyalty Marketeer
The roleWe are looking for an Online Loyalty Marketeer to join and strengthen our E-commerce team in Tilburg!As Online Loyalty Marketeer at Fabory, you will manage all phases of the online customer lifecycle. You will understand our international customers and adapt our digital solutions, such as our website, to maximize customer experience. You are responsible for online customer relationship management (CRM) and online customer value management (CVM). You contribute through research and market analysis in identifying new opportunities and stimulating innovations to increase online sales and customer retention and to strengthen customer relationships. You will be in close contact with colleagues from Marketing, Business Intelligence, and Inside Sales departments throughout Europe in order to develop a thorough understanding of our customers in order to drive Fabory Brand Loyalty. This could be THE role for you if you get a kick out of:Being in contact with our online customers and strengthening the relationship, discovering new opportunities and retaining customers.Understand and drive a great customer experience and have an interest in analyzing customer behavior.Being able to crawl into the skin of a customer and understand what the drivers are for repeat purchases. Based on that, you come up with great campaigns.Being part of an entrepreneurial E-commerce team, in which you are also willing to test new initiatives every day. What you'll bring?Bachelor level education3-5 year work experience as Loyalty Marketeer or similar capacity in a B2C or B2B environment.2-3 year work experience of driving customer-orientated improvement processesA theoretical, but also practical understanding of customers online behaviorExcellent communication skills in Dutch and EnglishYou have affinity with our products and likes to work in an international organizationIn addition to your experience and skills, we are looking for a customer oriented team player, who is not afraid to get creative and take responsibility.
