For my client I am looking for a Digital Performance Strategist Description As the Digital Performance Strategist you become part of the Global Digital Marketing Team. This team consists of digital specialists (such as: PPC, Paid Social, Display, SEO and Affiliate) and also manages offline marketing (TV, Radio, OOH) to facilitate a full funnel customer journey. In addition, the team is responsible for creating the global digital marketing strategy and a flawless execution. You'll work successfully together with the Ecommerce Team, the Brand Marketing Team and the regional Marketing Teams, as well as the inhouse Creative Team and Data Engineering Teams. As Digital Performance Strategist you will play a pivotal role in automation and innovative projects that will be rolled out across the various digital performance channels. In this role you will work on a variety of activities across multiple performance channels, to ensure the optimal results out of the paid performance channels. As the Digital Performance Strategist you will also work closely together with the Head of Digital Marketing and the Team Leads of the performance channels on developing an overall strategic vision and direction for the performance channels, and you have a specific focus on the various cross-channel key strategic growth projects. These projects focus on innovation, automation and enable cross-channel data driven optimizations. By doing so, you have a significant impact on the growth of the company! Key Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the Head of Digital Marketing and the Team Leads of Paid Search, Paid Social, Affiliate Marketing and Display on the global strategy, roadmap and priorities. Your focus will be on cross channel optimization, automation and innovation • Be responsible for supporting the performance channels in feed management. This entails setting up and managing new and existing feeds, implementing new business requirements and continuously look into new opportunities to enrich and improve our feeds, using scripts etc. • Work closely with the data engineering team to ensure data infrastructure is leveraged and combined with automation we can deliver personalization capabilities • Team up with ecommerce data team and partners to develop models and processes to enable automated profit and CLTV based bidding optimization • Collaboration on projects regarding the implementation of third-party technologies for automated bidding in paid channels • Manage and partner with internal and external stakeholders, feed management, measurement and app • Report into the Head of Digital Marketing Job Offer Good monetary compensation
