Customer Support Representative | German C1
As a customer support representative, you will be in contact with clients from the DACH region. You will be dealing with online and offline requests, making sure orders and updates are in the system. Providing top customer service via email, and phone call, you will be the first point of contact for clients. Next to this you will also process orders, create offers, deal with phone calls, give advice on products, and use your sales skills to cross sell. You will also work closely with the product development team and supply chain department where you will discuss improvements.
