You will be responsible for the German speaking customers and partners of the company. Next to assisting the German speaking clients you are also prepared to jump in and help your colleagues handle the Dutch line. You provide excellent customer service by phone, email, chat, app, and different social media channels. Besides that you are the contact person between the customer, partner and the company so you get a good idea of both the business and customer sides of the company. Making sure that every client is handled in a personal and efficient way is your main priority.
