Apply today About the job We are looking for an outgoing analytical multitasker who will be responsible for Business Intelligence & Performance Monitoring, Training & Capability Development, and Execution of various projects focusing on team events and strengthening distributor relations. You will be supporting the development & refresh of the right MIS & Dashboards for both Trade & Health Channels to support fact-based decision making across the Commercial Organization. You will also drive the generation of action oriented insights using the right analytics of customer data. Pricing strategy development, using the right processes and tools to capture information from the field will be also one of your challenging responsibilities. Together with Commercial Development Manager you will elaborate commercial channel strategy and monitor execution follow up (Retail, Convenience Retail, Pharma, E-Commerce etc.) You will be leading the PUMA animation program and driving the Execution of new Commercial Projects. As our sales force effectiveness managers you will have the ownership to roll out the commercial capability programs to the Field Force and our Business Partners and drive continuous learning of Field Force through collaboration with distributor as using internal /external partnership. You are looking for a purpose driven company with an entrepreneurial and multicultural environment. You have at least 5 years’ experience in multiple Sales/Trade Marketing/Commercial Excellence roles in FMCG and/or OTC Industry. Sales field force experience is a big plus. You have strong technology orientation, and analytical skills. You have the ability to design & develop various MIS & Decision Support Systems combined with strong knowledge of Power BI (and Tableau /QlikView / Force.com). Fluent in English (oral and written) a must and Spanish /Russian an advantage . Working here you’ll need to enjoy a fast-pace, complexity and it can get a little challenging.
