Client Support Swedish Speaking
At the Support department you will speak to our customers and help them before or after they have placed an order with us or received a delivery.
You are part of a close-knit team that loves fun. You get energy from busy working days and you know how to keep the balance between a satisfied customer and the interests of the organization.

What will you be doing?
Due to the high demand for solar panels, the support department receives many questions. You will work to help these customers with various questions. On a daily basis you will be involved in the following:
• Answer various questions from customers by telephone, email or chat.
• Contact customers to confirm delivery dates.
• Perform the necessary work to arrange things for the customer (such as changing orders).
• Accurately process the matters you handle in our ticket system.
• Identify any challenges in the process and come up with proposals for improvement.
• Guide customers to the webshop.
• Work closely with our other departments to help the customer as best as possible.
Our client is a company that provides solar hardware throughout Europe on a daily basis: from solar panels to charging stations.
