As the Account Manager you are in charge of the clients in the German market. In this role you will be working on the development of new relations with potential clients, but also making sure the existing clients are happy. Our client already has a customer base in Germany, but with your knowledge and enthusiasm you will bring them to the next level. If you’re a strong relationship builder, and are ready to take on a whole new way of selling then this role is made for you.
Also important to mention; if you spot a chance to improve the workflow or a process, they are willing to listen and act upon our improvements.

Your daily responsibilities will include:

  • Provide an unique approach to sell the products.
  • Analyze the market and its competitors.
  • Coordinate the German market activities with the Sales support team.
  • Translate the website into German.
  • Offer a sympatic ear towards to (potential) clients, and identify the needs of your clients.
  • Making sure you keep al notes of clients and agreements in their CRM system.
