Hi, my name is Elena and my roommate and I are looking to leave our two-bedroom apartment for future tenants. I will be leaving first, and looking to sub rent my room for the month of February with a possibility to obtain a permanent contract after. If you are looking to stay only in February, that is also fine. The house has a big common space, fully furnished will all appliances (microwave, oven, freezer, big fridge, etc.). The rent is inclusive with G/E/W internet and use of the washing machine. My roommate still lives in the house, she is a Master’s student and very friendly to live with :).
