Due to this ongoing success, Finance in Motion is seeking a Senior Compliance Officer (m/f/d) The Compliance department at Finance in Motion enables FiM to cope with non-financial risks by continuously enhancing FiM’s Compliance framework ranging from Anti-Money Lau ndering and Terrorist Financing, Markets Compliance, take precautions concerning Insider Trading, prevention of Sanctions breaches, Anti-Bribery and Corruption measures, Anti-Fraud provisions, Cybercrime attacks and ensure the protection of company and personal data. Key responsibilities: Management of Finance in Motion’s Luxembourg Branch Compliance framework through identification of business needs, analyzing and implementing regulatory updates in close collaboration with and drawing on the tools of the Group Compliance Management of first line relationships through daily advisory in relation to questions pertaining to investment activities of the funds regarding Compliance matters involving AML, markets compliance, information security and good governance Monitoring of applicable regulatory landscape for Luxembourg-based alternative investment funds, communication, and implementation thereof Conduction of risk assessments and risk analysis for the various compliance areas concerning the Luxembourg Branch in close collaboration and exchange with Group Compliance Definition, maintenance, and implementation of compliance internal procedures Responding to regulatory and audit requests related to Compliance matters Regular reporting and close collaboration with the Group Head of Compliance Preparation and conduction of specialized compliance training to business units Establishing of and liaising with Luxembourg Compliance industry networks What we expect: Relevant professional experience in the field of Compliance management, compliance key areas such as Investment process compliance, markets compliance, Anti-money Laundering, Information Security, and general risk advisory services Solid understanding of financial sector regulations, particularly in the field of AML/CFT (German AML Act – GwG, Luxembourg Law of 12/11/2004) Previous exposure to the financial sector regulator in Luxembourg (CSSF) or investment fund industry in general would be a plus Experience in emerging markets, including our target regions, is considered a strong advantage Degree in economics, business administration, finance, law, or related fields Experience of Capital Market is a plus Relevant professional qualifications (ICA, CAMS, CCEP etc.) would be considered an asset Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Strong analytical, writing and presentation skills enhanced by intercultural skills and sensitivities Goal oriented, fully committed to delivering high quality results under tight deadlines Demonstrable commitment to Finance in Motion´s vision/mission What you can expect: An agile, widely diverse international working environment with over 50 nationalities who are keenly interested in making a positive difference through their work and who share a collaborative, can-do spirit A job that allows you to fully utilize and expand your skills within an innovative, hands-on company culture A purpose-driven, performance-oriented company that rewards above-average results An organization dedicated to providing effective training and upskilling to its employees Our more than 290 employees working from our 17 offices worldwide are dedicated to promoting sustainable development through market-based finance solutions.
