The primary duties of the Recruitment Manager are to set the recruiting process according to the state of the art, to educate the recruitment team on how to run effective recruiting campaigns, and on the best interviewing techniques. Tasks and Responsibilities Build the recruitment strategy and execute it by updating current and designing new recruiting procedures. Recommend ways to improve our practices by bringing in new creative ideas, methods, or tools. Lead and provide overall guidance the recruiting team and report on its performance. Keep track of recruiting metrics. Build the company’s professional network through relationships with HR professionals, colleagues, and other partners. Participate in job fairs and career events. Regularly attending conferences, seminars, job fairs, and other industry events to network and develop long-lasting professional relationships. Manage stakeholders of all levels to ensure the correct recruitment processes and procedures are followed and provide technical and strategic support. Actively source, headhunt and participate in interviews for high profiles. Manage relationships with agency partners and evaluate their performance in delivering quality candidates. Experience in IT sector is a great plus. Located in Luxembourg but overseeing 2 locations (Luxembourg and Budapest). Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in human resource management, business management, labor relations, or any related field. In-house or agency recruitment experience on a senior level is essential, preferably in a fast-paced environment, with a thorough understanding of recruitment best practices. Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems. Experience with active sourcing, attraction, (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation. Familiarity with social media and other professional networks. Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills. Proven overachiever and relationship builder. Target driven and self-motivator. Lead by example and will to bring people to their next level. Fluency in English is required, any other language is a plus.
