Responsibilities: • Lead and develop the RE valuation function within the valuation team of Mazars; • Lead and supervise the RE valuation engagements and audit assist RE reviews for a variety of RE projects (operating or under development), i.e. hotels, retail, nursing homes, dark stores, residentials, etc, for big RE asset managers; • Review and train the team on building financial models for discounted cash flow, direct capitalization, hard-core method, residual method, sales comparison method, etc; • Interview clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement, challenge the assumptions used in the RE valuation by external valuers (as part of audit assist); • Report and present analyses and conclusions including written reports in English. Your profile: • Bachelor or Master degree in Economics, Finance or Management; • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in RE Valuation (preferably in Big-4 or similar consulting companies); • Fluency in English (any other language is considered as an asset); • RICS registered valuer status obtained or in process of receiving one; • Strong analytical and problem solving skills; • Ability to manage a team of juniors and seniors: delegate and review tasks, coach junior team members, supervise their work; • Demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity; • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment; • Ex…
