Job Description As a Payment Manager your role will involve the following: Document scanning, filing and archiving. Coordinating signature processes including wire instructions. Organize physical folders. Provision of administrative support to other team members. Drafting of simple administrative documents. Archiving all Fund accounting documents (bank statements, invoice, tax assessment) via Billy/Docbridge and for Transfer Agency to Docbridge (capital call, distribution, subscription, capital accounts statements, redemption, switch, ta confirmations signed). Making payments on Multiline and to complete tracker log. Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits. Make sure that checklists for payments are completed on time, exhaustively and double-checked before asking review from a senior or manager. All emails must be acknowledged by the person taking care of a clients’ request the day the request has been received. To ensure a good coordination with oversight teams and to follow query log provided by oversight teams until completeness. Assistance in the client service reviews (agenda, follow-ups, service plans, write-ups, call memos) by producing monthly KPI’s and monitoring client issues log. To update static data for Investors. To coordinate signatures for transfer agent confirmation and to submit to auditors. To draft bridge letters and to coordinate signatures. Another string to your bow will be to make sure you keep up to date with our risk processes and procedures. You will need to use your own judgement to identify any risks or concerns and report them in a timely manner. Requirements Minimum of 5 years professional experience in Payment or a similar field. English must be fluent; French/German are considered as an asset. A good knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook.
