Olympic Business Support Officer to SEB Luxembourg (f/m) SEB is a leading international financial services group with customer bases among both private individuals and organisations. SEB Luxembourg branch serves as the hub for Private Wealth Management & Family Office (PWM&FO) services to Nordic nationals living abroad. It is also the base for many of SEB’s funds and offers global custody and related depositary services to financial institutions. We are around 170 employees with 25 different nationalities. About the position The IT department of SEB Luxembourg branch is composed of 28 IT professionals within 4 different teams (Core & Digital, Business Intelligence & CRM, System and operational Support and IT Architects). The overall objective of the SEB Lux IT is to ensure that SEB has the required organizational capabilities to execute on its business plan. The role of the Business Support Officer is to ensure the link between Business & IT development by providing high quality services on a timely manner. What you will be doing Support users with main business applications (Olympic, Swift Alliance, Ullink, Oly-PMS, X-Gen, etc.) Write correction or improvement requests to be sent to providers (e.g., ERI Bancaire) Install and test deliveries from ERI Bancaire for Olympic and surrounding modules Analyse user requests and needs in terms of business applications’ improvement, propose solutions, or write the corresponding development requests and follow them up including acceptance tests Install and configure Olympic modules, support users for the acceptance test Oversee the daily operations of the IT Operations department to ensure the functionality Participate in internal projects: analysis of users’ needs, write tests scenarios according to use cases, participate to the design of the solution when relevant, participate to the tests, install and configure deliveries in production environment, support users for acceptance tests, train users if needed, etc. What we expect A proven experience and very good knowledge of the Olympic banking package both in its technical and business aspects. Working experience with Olympic web application Good general understanding of IT concepts Good knowledge of As400 / iSeries environment and operations Good overall banking knowledge At least basic knowledge of SQL Strong analytical and organisational skills Strong focus on high quality and timely deliveries Ability to work autonomously while demonstrating and fostering a great team spirit Structured way of working and solution-oriented mindset with good problem-solving skills Fluent in English (both spoken and written), knowledge of any additional language (French, German, Swedish…) is a plus.
