To sustain our company´s growth, we are currently looking for an Office Management Assistant (m/f/d) Your Responsibilities Coordination and preparation of internal and external on-site as well as online meetings Welcome, assist and direct clients, visitors and candidates appropriately to ensure all interactions leave the customer with a positive, memorable experience Providing hospitality support for the meeting rooms/kitchen area Managing central telephone calls and email correspondence, responding or escalating as necessary Monitor meeting room environments including furniture, signage, equipment, consumables Providing assistance with incoming and outgoing mail and coordinating courier services Taking part in the organization of internal and/or external events from time to time Assisting in a variety of office support tasks if needed Your Profile You show proven experience as a personal assistant, office assistant or in a similar administrative role You have excellent people skills and ability to interact with a wide range of clients, external partners and staff You have great organizational and time management skills You are able to work diligently under pressure You will be comfortable working with a high degree of attention to detail and discretion You are fluent in German and feel comfortable in written and verbal communication in English; French language skills will be considered an asset You are proficient in MS Office What you could expect Modern office at Kirchberg, Luxembourg Harmonious and stable working environment Trainings to evolve your skills and career Flexible working hours 30 days of holidays Meal Vouchers Company health insurance We are looking forward to receiving your application documents including your sal…
