To support our continuous growth, we recruit a dynamic, business and performance-driven professional for the position of Marketing Campaign Manager (m / f) We are looking for a media savvy person to join the Marketing Team to develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead generation in order to drive competitive differentiation and increase customer loyalty and awareness Key Responsibilities Develop and execute online and offline integrated marketing campaigns based on market segments to drive traffic, generate leads, and acquire new customers Own, develop and execute digital campaign marketing strategy including Google PPC campaigns, inorganic social media campaigns, and email marketing Own and develop digital lead generation strategy Apply an experimentation mindset to marketing campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize. Continuously conduct A/B testing across all channels Collaborate with marketing teams to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy Analysing data (campaign results, conversion rates, traffic, etc) to help shape future marketing strategies Proposing new initiatives to attract prospects and convert leads as well as testing new approaches to capture existing demand Ensure that the organisation’s brand identity is adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels Providing inputs & expertise to drive efficacy of marketing activities including video creation, advertising, etc Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results Your profile Education BS/MS degree in marketing/communication/journalism or a related field Experience 6-8 years of experience in marketing is mandatory At least 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing is mandatory Experience in growth hacking will be considered an asset Skills Ability to work well within a team and to collaborate with different sales teams Ability to multi-task and re-prioritize as needed and the ability to work under tight deadlines Attention to detail Technical Skills Strong understanding of digital marketing, SEO, web metrics, and digital analytics, along with the ability to generate, analyse and interpret data Proven experience in delivering effective and innovative digital campaigns Proficient with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Framemaker, DreamWeaver, HTML, HTML 5, CSS Strong communication skills, with impeccable written and spoken English Knowledge of French and/or German will be an asset If you are interested in gaining experience in a growing Luxembourg-based company with a mission that makes more than ever sense, and if marketing tools have no secret for you, we would like to meet you.
