In joining the Knowledge and Information function in Clifford Chance, you will help bringing the best collective wisdom and knowledge to bear to enable the Firm’s people to deliver the highest quality client service and to work as efficiently and effectively as possible. RESPONSIBILITIES · Participate in the management of the legal library (follow-up and receipt of orders, cataloging, etc.); · Contribute to the documentation management of the documentation center (updating of the documentary collection, updating databases, updating of the intranet, testing of new research tools, etc.); · Active involvement in conveying information and legal news (monitoring, newsletters, etc.); · Assist jurists and lawyers in their research and help them in finding the right resources available to them; · Actively participate in new projects related to Knowledge management, both locally and globally, and to the continuous improvement of the department’s services; · Develop and update the intranet pages; · Stay informed of the latest technological developments in legal documentation so that it could be deployed internally. PROFILE · Native level of French is mandatory; English fluent and German would be considered an asset. · Higher education diploma (min. bac +2 or license) in the field of documentation/ information sciences or administration. · First experience or internship in a similar function or in the administrative field. · Highly organized, you have the ability to manage multiple priorities · Excellent interpersonal skills and strong client orientation · Flexibility, dynamism and proactivity · You have a strong interest in new technologies To find out more about what it is like to work in Clifford Chance in Luxembourg, please visit this link.
