Your tasks • You manage the entire sales process from enquiry to after sales support • You act as Commercial Frontline by addressing specific topics to your own dedicated client portfolio • You promote and improve existing and new products • You identify new customer needs and new prospects and ensure Enovos remains as number one energy reference on Luxembourgish market in terms of customer servicing • You regularly contact and exchange with existing and new customers to keep preferential commercial relationships • You carefully observe competition movements and market changes • You guarantee data consistency in the internal and external CRM tools to allow adequate reporting • You actively participate as business analyst to the delivery of BU Sales Luxembourg related development projects • You manage the global Enovos Group production customer portfolio and processes • You ensure alignment to operational KPIs and action plans allowing to achieve results as defined in budget and improve operational efficiency Your profile • You hold a master’s degree in sales, business, electrical engineering or energy management • You have a first experience in a similar position • An experience in the energy sector will be considered a strong plus • You are result-oriented, and you have an analytical mindset • You have good negotiation and communication skills • You are a team player and collaborate easily • You show curiosity in learning and developing your skills • Knowledge/skills in the field of renewable energies are a major asset • You have good verbal and written communication skills in English, German, French and Luxembourgish.
