  IT HELPDESK TEAM   Team Role The IT Helpdesk is part of the IT Department. They are responsible for providing technical support and assistance to both internal and external clients.    IT HELPDESK  1st level support for our local team in Luxemburg and remotely 2 others offices in Europe 2nd level support for our external clients regarding technical issues, platform related questions or other service requests Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve system errors and other issues related to computer systems, software, and hardware Administrate our various platforms, including creating, maintaining and cancelling client accesses (Pools, FAs, etc.)  Determine the best solution based on the request and details provided by our clients Follow-up and update client status and information Forward unresolved issues to the next level of support  Document activities, issues and their resolution in our task management system Pass on any feedback or suggestions by clients to the appropriate internal team, identify and suggest possible improvements on procedures Help update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware and train junior staff members   YOUR PROFILE Previous working experience as IT Helpdesk for 2 years Bachelor in IT, Computer Science or similar relevant field In-depth knowledge of relevant software, hardware and other equipment Hands on experience with diagnosing and resolving technical issues Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-oriented and empathic mindset Problem solving and result oriented attitude, curious to learn and ability work in a fast moving environment Fluency in G…
