Our client, an European Institution is looking for a HR assistant who speaks English fluently. This is a temporary contract and a full-time position. The job starts as soon as possible. The candidate executes complex support tasks during the recruitment cycle. He administer job publications in various platforms (PeopleSoft, LinkedIn, EPSO). The candidate acts as first point of contact for internal and external clients and counterparts and provide information, as appropriate. He prepares correspondence, employment contracts etc. The candidate manages reimbursement related expenses. He actively supports both the on-boarding and off-boarding processes. The candidate ensures timely archiving (both physical and electronic) for the Unit. He maintains databases (e.g., PeopleSoft). The candidate maintains employees’ records ensuring correctness of data. He supports other assigned functions and participate in ad hoc projects as and when needed. The candidate has a certified secondary-level education. Certificate/Diploma of complementary studies (1 year or more) (e.g. secretarial studies, human resources, etc.) would be an advantage. He has Any – or combination – of the following would be consider an advantage (listed in order or priority). The candidate has a prior experience with PeopleSoft (or other similar HR related data management tool). He has an initial professional experience in HR.
