Tasks: Coordinate personnel administration and ensure on-time processing (vacation requests, extraordinary vacation, medical visit, sickness, personnel files, draft of work contracts, onboarding and induction plan, employee welcome kit, headcount reporting, preparation of work certificates, distribution of lunch vouchers, etc.). Assist and support local Managers and employees on HR day-to-day requests & issues. Preparation of salary instructions for the external payroll provider. In charge of recruitment administration: posting of job adverts, sourcing of candidates, organize interviews, welcome candidates etc. Ensure and facilitate trainings, including preparation of training plan and INFPC report for state subsidies. Support ad-hoc administrative tasks requests of the Management Team Maintain good relations with public institutions and local authorities. Contribute to continuous improvement of local HR department and support local HR projects implementation. Perform any other job-related duties as assigned. Profile: Bachelor’s degree in HR or 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR in Luxembourg area as HR Assistant or HR Generalist. Knowledge of Luxembourgish labor law. Excellent communication skills. Well organized and structured, ability to cope with a various number of different tasks and topics in a dynamic growing organization, capacity to prioritize and organize work.
