The Banque centrale du Luxembourg (BCL), member of the Eurosystem, is currently seeking to recruit for its Human Resources Department, a(n): HR ADMINISTRATION EXPERT (m/f) Career: A1 Full time – (ref.: 35/RH1/2022) Your mission: As HR Administration expert within the HR Administration section, you are responsible for the operational management and administrative follow-up of HR actions in compliance with the BCL’s work regulations and the applicable legislation. You manage projects related to your field of competence. Your responsibilities: You contribute to all processes relating to the management of the administrative files of the Bank’s active staff (career monitoring, preparation and monitoring of contracts, preparation of decisions relating to requests for special leave, changes in working hours, monitoring of medical fitness, etc.); You prepare and review HR files, correspondence and notices linked with the administrative management of staff; You ensure that personnel files comply with the regulatory framework in place; You carry out regulatory declarations; You ensure the administrative follow-up of external personnel files (temporary workers, external consultants); You participate in the continuous improvement of administrative management processes; You are responsible for managing projects relating to your area of expertise; You are in charge of an active regulatory watch. Your profile: You have a Master’s degree or equivalent in human resources, management, administration, law or equivalent studies covering social legislation; You have at least 5 years’ experience in human resources administration, ideally you have worked in a state or para-state institution; You have a good knowledge of the regulations applicable to Luxembourg civil servants; You have a good knowledge of the processes applicable to the administrative management of personnel; You are familiar with the GDPR regulations; You have good communication skills, both written and oral; You have good analytical and summarizing skills; You enjoy and have the ability to make processes evolve; You work well independently and in a team; You are fluent in French and English, knowledge of Luxembourgish and German is a real advantage.
