Client Details For one of our client, we are looking for a forward-thinking technical leader who can provide the controls and governance necessary to ensure smooth operation of our client’s European businesses. This role requires expert understanding and knowledge of technology operations, governance, and controls. The role also requires understanding of reporting and outsourcing agreement governance. This job is open under a permanent contract (CDI) in Luxembourg. Description Responsibilities: Play a regional and global leadership role in maintaining the critical infrastructure and applications supporting our client’s money movement business Oversee application operations and service level agreements (SLA) and key performance indicators (KPI). Report on KPIs and SLAs for the IT organization in European region and act as a liaison between our client and financial institutions Drive the definition and maintenance of ITSM processes across the technology organization, working with peers to ensure business and strategic alignment with best practice Establish the overall ITSM program framework and committees and manage process owners and process teams Monitor and manage process and service performance and establish periodic process and service review meetings Set strategic direction and provide oversight and management of the Asset and Configuration Management areas Lead organization through transition to a new set of ITSM tools Responsible for the day-to-day execution of the designated process(es). Ensuring outputs of the process(es) are delivered according to service level and key performance indicator targets while maintaining process efficiency Be an Ambassador for IT, working across the business to provide effective communication and build relationships with other teams to ensure effective dialogue between departments Ensure delivery and quality for all regulatory reporting in the European region Support strategic project execution for the European region Ensure proper control and oversight for outsourcing agreements Profile YOUR PROFILE Min 10 years of IT leadership and management experience Experience in implementing ITSM processes and multiple ITSM tools Experienced with leading a globally dispersed team Fluency in English, any other language will be considered as an asset Ability to develop strong working relationships with technology and regional business leadership and other stake holders Ability to develop a set of goals and metrics to continuously measure the team and system performance Experience with technology infrastructure and application operations including operating in a cloud environment Experience leading programs within an IT organization.
