We are looking for a Engineering Manager – Coke Oven Machines (m/f/d) Integrated in our Luxembourg Coke Oven Machines department, you will be responsible for the local coordination and execution of the engineering of Coke Oven Machines and all related related issues and will interact with other departments, other entities as well as customers and sub-contractors. Join our team, work in a dynamic environment and inspire us with your professionalism, your preciseness and your pragmatic approach. Your main tasks: Define project requirements and develop solutions in close collaboration with the project teams and our suppliers, as well as with our customers. Be responsible for the management of multidisciplinary engineering teams Be the interface between the different departments in the related disciplines Guide the engineering activities and ensure their smooth running and timely execution Guide the knowledge management and ensure proper transfer of know-how between the team members What do we expect? Degree in engineering with at least 10 years of relevant experience in the industrial field Practical experience within the Coke Oven domain Be proactive and take initiative Fluent in English and a good command of German or French Communicative and open-minded personality linked with willingness to travel Strong technical problem-solving skills combined with a structured way of working What do we offer?
