Job purpose: To review, check and analyze client’s credit and loan documents submitted by the business departments and crossborder institutions of BOC (Europe) S.A. in accordance with the applicable laws and regulations as well as the Bank’s credit policies and regulations. Responsibilities would be, but not be limited to, the following: – Presents Credit Due Diligence Report to Credit Committee of BOCLUX or BOC Head Office. – Credit Analysis ,i.e. Conduct due diligence work on the credit projects initiated by Corporate Banking. – Lines of the Branch ,as well as cross-border institutions of BOC Europe, the related other work met the requirements from Head Office of BOC Group and CSSF/BCL.(if applicable). – Trains new colleagues for loan risk identification, prevention and mitigation. – Other work assigned by the department. Qualifications Profile (Technical Skills): • Committed, confident, determined, self-motivated, strong analytical and effective written and verbal communication skills. • Good understanding of the general, economic, political and business environment of the region. • Highly organized and detail orientated with a client focus. • Familiar with the applicable laws and regulations as well as the Bank’s credit policies and regulations.
