About the Role As a Back Office Operations Analyst, you will join the Operations Team and work with them in analyzing financial data from our providers and our customers. Monitoring bank statements and incoming data from providers and payment systems will be an important part of your missions. We are looking for someone with an excellent proficiency in Excel, who is used to Data management. Responsibilities Daily handling of the data reconciliation process including error handling and rule enhancements (limited to providers) Daily handling of payouts and settlements Technical onboarding of merchants Frequent and adhoc reporting of transaction volumes and numbers to staff and management Regular Bank Statements analysis Daily monitoring of the payment system, its providers and data transfer tools Handling of month-end closing related tasks such as revenue recognition, reports, support to the Finance department for questions Handling of payment channel set-ups and in-house development payment methods Supporting the implementation of Business Intelligence Tools for reporting to the Operations department Profile Excellent Excel skills At least one year of experience in IT or data management At least basic technical knowledge in IT Interest for payment systems and IT A previous experience in banking could be an asset A fluent level in English is required, proficiency in any other language is an added value Reporting line To the Head of Operations Applicat…
