We are currently looking for an Administrative & HR Assistant (permanent contract)/une Assistante Administrative & HR (CDI) to join our administrative team(hybrid working model) Your Mission: You will join a dynamic secretarial team to assist our Lawyers and business support departments in their day-to-day administrative needs, such as to: Manage the reception of our local and international clients and coordinate the organization of internal and clients’ meetings Deal with incoming and outgoing mail (including DHL, couriers) Monitor the inventories (computer equipment, office supplies), ensure purchase orders proactively and be the main contact of our providers Assist in all daily administrative tasks (notably management of documents, data encoding time sheets in our accounting software, CRM updates, filing, preparation of tracking tables, PowerPoint presentations, updating procedures and templates, etc.) Interact with all departments of the Firm Ensure the management of archives Moreover, you will actively participate to the day-to-day missions of our Human Resources team, your role will include: Ensure the implementation of the annual training plan (organization and monitoring of training actions, collection of key documents (attendance lists, evaluations, etc.) and prepare the request for co-financing (INFPC framework law) Support team members during the recruitment process (publication of offers, processing and follow-up of applications received, organization of job interviews,etc.) Participate to phone screening in the induction process for newcomers (management of the schedule for newcomers, update of the onboarding document, management of equipment, etc.) Actively participate in the internal communication process We offer: From the moment that you will join our team, we aspire to make your work experience an outstanding and engaging one by offering: An attractive salary package Personalized induction program and day to day coaching throughout the mission Stimulating experience with multiple opportunities to bring added-value and proposals A friendly work environment that invites you to gain valuable knowledge and experience, explore opportunities, and discover a place for you.
