Our client located in Kirchberg is looking for an administrative assistant for a 6 months contract. The candidate takes charge of administrative tasks for the research groups (e.g. Check and validate declaration of expenses, follow up invoices, purchase orders, travel requests, registration payments etc.). He is in contact with central services (e.g. Finance and Accounting, IT, Infrastructures and Logistics). He organises meetings and events, produces accurate and timely correspondence, reports and presentations, as necessary and maintains complete and accurate records. The candidate has several years of relevant working experience, preferably in providing administrative support in large-scale companies. He has ideally previous experience with managing travel coordination and providing support to event management He has a high level of competency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneDrive, as well as in the new communication tools such as Microsoft Teams and Webex events/meetings He has excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
