This is what we expect from you

• Further development, documentation and enforcement of IT governance, taking into account relevant standards and reference models (COBIT, ISO)
• Development of a pragmatic implementation order with the involvement of all affected areas
• Active support of the digital transformation with a special focus on the conception and design of a modern organizational structure and process organization
• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (BAIT, VAIT, etc.) incl. conception, creation and enforcement of guidelines, methods and standards
• Accompanying and carrying out internal and external audits and assessments (e.g. annual audits, special regulatory audits)

What you should bring to the table

• You have very good communication, consulting and presentation skills at all hierarchical levels
• You are assertive and convince through content expertise
• You have strong analytical and strategic skills
• You have a strong understanding of and affinity for regulatory requirements for IT as well as in-depth knowledge of market standards and best practices in the IT governance environment
• You have a degree in business informatics, economics or comparable qualifications
• You have several years of relevant professional experience
• You have practical knowledge in process modeling (EPK/BPMN)
