To support our high-growth, we’re looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst to join our experienced Finance team of 3, in Paris.

You will act as a trusted Business Partner to our CFO and CEO, and be in charge of financial planning as well as revenue recognition, contracts analysis and reports.

  • Here’s the challenge

As we grow, we need to sharpen our financial control and management control operations, with a business oriented approach, in a global context. We are putting in place all the financial instruments and KPI’s to drive the growth and provide reliable data for investor’s reporting . Software revenue recognition, understanding and planning a forecast with notions of run rate and carve out becomes essentials.

  • Our main projects are :
  • Structuration of management control practices at all levels of the organization
  • Implementation of piloting tools: white card !
  • ERP implementation: Oracle, X3, Netsuite?
  • Development and reliability of Salesforce

What you will do

  • You are responsible for management control, in charge of the budget and budgetary control
  • Implement management control and internal control procedures
  • Set up and carry out the monthly reporting, profit and loss account, balance sheet, cash flow KPI’s
  • Commercial management control
  • Monitor revenues
  • Analyze markets
  • Set up cost accounting to monitor project costs
  • Assist the sales department and support debt collection
  • Calculate financial and commercial forecasts
  • Follow-up of orders
  • Determining turnover and progress (according to internal project procedures)

What you’ll need to succeed

  • Bachelor’s or Master degree in one of the following disciplines: Finance, Economics, Accounting,
  • You have experience in software revenue recognition : Min 2-5 years of experience as a FP&A in a High-Tech company, fast-paced environment, preferably in subscription revenue environment – SaaS
  • High degree of proficiency with Excel,
  • Proficiency in business software (Sage, SAP, Business Object or similar)
  • We also use Sage, Salesforce, Jedox,
  • Ability to drill-down into details and create actionable outcome,
  • Experience with Netsuite and Planning tools a plus,
  • Experience with financial planning and analysis functions, including annual budget, long-term strategic planning and resource allocation processes,
  • Understanding of accounting and finance principles,
  • Good analytical skills, and data-driven
  • Organized, flexible and easily adaptive to changing conditions,
  • Ability to multi-task and manage numerous simultaneous priorities,
