Section Manager for Overseas Program – EV

Mission & Main ObjectiveSupport the Deputy Overseas Program Director (d-OPD) in setting, monitoring, challenging and reaching Profitability/Volumes targets of vehicles/platforms assigned, at Milestone (before SOP) and during Life (after SOP) in AMIEO Region

Main Tasks & Responsibilities

  • Main Vehicle Programs (everyday):
  • Manage program Schedule (which milestone, who does what by when) and communicate to all functions
  • Propose and support defining OPD guides
  • Anticipate and Kick Off towards functions to cascade OPD guides
  • Gather, analyze functions replies vs target or previous milestone (S&M, R&D, Monozukuri, CAFE), and challenge
  • Prepare Milestone material in collaboration with functions
  • Manage PPM-AMIEO agenda calls, and ad-hoc meeting arrangements
  • MY/SV/GOM events (everyday):
  • Lead the event
  • Manage the Schedule
  • Propose and support defining OPD guides
  • Cascade OPD guides
  • Gather, analyze functions replies
  • Build profit estimations: Net Revenue, Cost/Investments, Profit, NPV
  • Manage Milestone material, PPM-AMIEO agenda calls, and ad-hoc meetings
  • Weekly:
  • Manage weekly Core Team meetings (1 per program)
  • Lead R-CPLO Key Points
  • Monthly:
  • PAT profit monthly report à analyse and support defining OPD guides
  • S&M monthly report à to build, analyze & challenge (vs OPD guides)
  • TdC monthly reports à analyse & challenge (vs OPD guides)

Include à Raw Material, CAFÉ, FX monitoring

  • Join CFDM meeting (Rightsizing and technical Cost Reduction)
  • Every Quarter:
  • PQCOP report à analyse and support updating OPD guides. Prepare scorecards
  • Yearly:
  • Business plan à support defining OPD guides, Anticipate and Kick Off towards functions to cascade OPD guides. Prepare scorecards
  • MTP à Same as above
  • Others:
  • Manage After Sales EV performance roadmap
  • Follow-up and report on EV infrastructures deployment
  • Follow-up and report on Connected Services
  • Build and maintain Excel Tools to improve work efficiency

Background & Experience

  • Mini. 6 years successful experience in international automotive Project Management, and/or Planning/Sales & Marketing, and/or in Engineering/Manufacturing
  • Ideally knowledge of Nissan Processes (S&M or Eng./MZK)
  • Strong knowledge in EV business and Infrastructures
  • Knowledge in Connected Services
