Presales Manager NRO
We are now looking for a Presales NRO professional to drive and support the Market Area Europe & Latin America (MELA) organization with solution and services pre-sales expertise in the area of Network Roll Out (NRO)
You will
- Position Ericsson as a thought and technology leader, grow our business and build strong customer relations
- Act as NRO CSR for complex/strategic opportunities, including NRO solution scope of work/ delivery model / assumptions / effort benchmarking
- Communicate and discuss Ericsson’s technology strategy, delivery capabilities and rollout solutions with customers
- Influence Customers vision & strategy, drive Ericsson involvement in crafting customer visions, strategies & requirements
- Act as a NRO authority supporting the sales team with your technical expertise for specific deals
- Recommend and Drive techno-commercial value argumentation and Golden Rules adherence
- Sound presentation skills and ability to articulate a “Services Evolution” vision to our customers
- Share NRO best practices within MELA
- Work, Collaborate and Interface with the respective Business Area organization
To be successful in the role you have
- Substantial experience working in the field with Customers from sales/solutions at Ericsson or equivalent
- Extensive deep knowledge in the NRO area and portfolio
- Strong Business Understanding and Critical Thinking
- Senior capability in leading and inspiring change in large, complex, and cross-functional teams
- Strong cultural awareness and excellent interpersonal communications and networking skills
- Thought Leadership in identifying short and long term priorities to improve the business strategy
