International Payroll Manager

To support Mirakl’s growth, we are looking for our next International Payroll Manager on the whole EMEA region (France, UK, Germany, Spain, Italy, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Sweden, Dubaï, Singapore…)

Payroll Management

  • Set the payroll calendar and pilot the monthly payroll process with our service providers
  • Collect variable items to be transmitted to external providers
  • Control and approve drafts of payslips and payroll documents
  • Answer our Mirakl workers for any question related to payroll
  • Be the go-to person on payroll topics in case of internal or external audit

Benefits Management

  • Take part to the development and implementation of our Benefits’ offer and potential new perks
  • Manage the relationship with our brokers in different countries
  • Support our Mirakl workers in their daily questions around Benefits topics (Insurance, Lunch vouchers, day offs…)

This job is made for you if

  • You have a strong experience (8 years min.) on HR, Payroll and Benefits topics
  • You are rigourous, organized, responsive, service-oriented and demonstrate team spirit
  • You master reporting tools (Excel, Google Sheets)
  • You speak English fluently
