Computer scientist (m/f/d) in the area of IT support

The Bezirkskliniken Schwaben operate modern specialist hospitals, rehabilitation or residential and support facilities from Lindau to Donauwörth. The IT service center supports the more than 5,000 dedicated employees with a network of more than 2,500 terminals, 450 servers and around 250 applications. Together with the various professional groups, we are shaping the digitization of processes from medicine and administration.
Your main tasks
- As a computer scientist (m/f/d) in the IT support area, you will be responsible for recording service requests and processing service tickets in service management
- You are able to analyze customer requests, develop solutions and implement them efficiently and sustainably with the colleagues of the Service Center IT
- Collaboration in various IT projects, e.g. further development of the automation of deployment and update processes and IT security
- Creation of master integration plans and master clients so that installations and configurations can be implemented automatically
- Your responsibilities will be rounded out by on-site installation and replacement of hardware (PCs, laptops, peripherals, etc.)

Your profile
- Completed university studies (Bachelor) in computer science or equivalent training as an IT specialist (m/f/d) with approximately three years of professional experience
- Experience with Microsoft client systems, Active Directory and Exchange
- ITIL certification is an advantage
- Teamplay means for you to discuss your solution approaches and integrations in the team, to document the results sustainably and to implement the results together
- Communication skills and a strong awareness of quality and service
- Proactive, structured and solution-oriented way of working
- Very good expression in speech and writing (C2 level)
- Proof of sufficient immune protection against COVID-19 and measles in accordance with the currently applicable legal requirements
