Audit Senior (Audit & Assurance)

Our client is seeking an Audit Senior on a permanent basis. Our client is a Top 10 company based in Cork. You will have the opportunity to get some exposure to some exciting industries such as Retail, Manufacturing, Hospitality, Construction and Telecommunication while also gaining the opportunity to collaborate with clients both locally and globally.

Responsibilities

·Audit of companies across a variety of business sectors

• ·Design and implementation of audit plans

·Assist in maintaining and developing key client relationships

·Preparation of accounts and financial statements

• ·Manage a team of trainees while on assignment

·Responsible for development and mentoring of trainees and staff

Requirements

• ·Minimum 3 years’ experience required

·Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA or similar qualification)

• ·Strong technical knowledge

·Strong experience in audit engagements

·Experience in a top 20 practice

• ·Worked with a diverse portfolio of clients

·Capable of working on your own initiative

·Ambitious and want to pursue a career in practice

• ·Strong interpersonal skills are essential
