The house is in the center, right next to the beautiful Royal Gardens of Aranjuez. In addition, all universities are a five minute walk. As for the house, it's a whole new house, fully renovated since 2006 and therefore all the furniture and decor is modern and functional. As we are a movie buff and art in general family, all rooms are decorated with posters from movies and music groups. You'll be surrounded by people like Tim Burton, Kurosawa, Jean Renoir, Van Gogh, Daniel Johnston, etc.
