Two rooms are rented in the apartment. All included (electricity, water, gas). The Apartment has everything you need: water heater, heater, TV, Wi – Fi, Washing machine, Microwave, fridge, air conditioning. Towels and bed linen are provided.
Shared rooms: living room with balcony and air conditioning, kitchen (has everything you need to cook), bathroom.
The owner lives in the Apartment, for all questions you can contact him directly.
Virgen del Remedio neighborhood, where a mixed contingent lives and an area with low secondary housing. The house without Elevator is located on a busy street with a causeway, which makes it noisy and crowded. But the Apartment has double glazed windows that are soundproof. Close to a convenient location: bus stops with several bus lines that go to the city center and a tram that goes to the center and to the University, which is very convenient for students.The chain of stores is also within walking distance: Consum, Lidl, Dia-5 minutes, Mercadona-10 minutes on foot. Near the house is the picturesque Lo Morant park, where you can have a good time with the family or exercise. Near the house there is a large free parking and a police station. You can park the car and close to the house.
