Job Description

You’ll be part of our workforce management team in Merchant service operations, and work closely together with team managers in Customer service, to ensure stable production.

You’ll be powering MS Operations Worforce Management.

As Operation Analyst (m/w/d) you’ll join an open and sharing community with highly skilled colleagues. You can come as you are and be at your best at Nets. You’ll find the freedom to balance an exciting job with life outside of work.

You will be responsible for

Support and planning for the employees in Onboarding customer service, to ensure are good and stable service for our customers.
You will assist on the intraday planning daily to ensure all onboarding tasks are handled in the right order
Longterm planning, you will have the responsibility for the volume and requirement forecast, which will be the key area for ensuring that we always have the right amount of employees available when needed.
Development and maintenance of our internally used tools (mainly Excel & PowerBi) and systems (Nice IEX Workforce Management)
Continuous improvement of our processes, though an analytical approach to our daily work

Skills, motivation and that little personal twist make you succeed

Your professional skills and experience form most of your qualifications, but it’s also your personality that makes the difference at Nets. (Potentially add more to the engaging introduction of the person we are looking for).

Your qualifications include

  • Minimum 2 years of experience on similar position
  • Fluency in German and very good knowledge of English language is a must
  • Data focused approach to the tasks that are presented
  • You must be able to analyze and understand the presented challenges and make qualified and data driven decisions from the information you have available
  • You should thrive working with daily, weekly and monthly tasks, while also developing on our processes and tool
  • CRM and Power BI experience will be considered as advantage.

At all time you should have a challenging approach to what we do, as we always want to improve on what we do and ensure we are not performance tasks, that does not give any value.

If you have experience with workforce management system it will be a plus, but not a requirement as you will get the required training from your colleagues.
