Manager Marketing | Germany (m/f/d)

The position

Our High-Tech instruments enable the laboratory to automate and standardise various processes in histopathology. SMART Automation is efficient, innovative and effective. And above all, an exceptional customer experience. The impact of change!

Goal: Market Sakura’s products and solutions in Germany, Austria and Poland. How? Analyse the market, use the strategy, plan tactics and get results. Inspire to buy-in to your plans!

In this role, you’re teaming up with Area Sales Management (Central Region) and Marketing colleagues (The Netherlands) reporting directly to the Senior Regional Director | Central Region.

You are

• responsible for all local marketing activities and campaigns
• integrating new product concepts in the local sales organisation
• commercial aware & sales driven
• accountable for pricing & margin, quantity & volumes
• challenged by complex DMU’s
• enjoying giving presentations to clients at all levels

You have

• sound business acumen & excellent people skills
• a track record in the field of medical equipment i.e., business-to-business capital investments
• outstanding presentation, influential and persuasive skills
• the ability to encourage and inspire people
• a relevant university degree and the ambition to make an impact!

You

• live in Germany, feeling at home in an international environment
• easily communicate at strategic, tactical and operational level
• can express yourself fluently in German and English, both verbal and written
• reach out, team up and deliver!
