Account Manager – Scientific Software

Great opportunity for an ambitious Account Manager to join a growing Scientific Software company providing a new & innovative software solution for chemical companies and manufacturers in Munich!

Our client’s software allows customers to manage all their laboratory information in a single, cloud-based workbook. The software also enables labs to uncover novel relationships in the data sets, test hypotheses and present important learning with visualisation tools and an always improving AI system.

Due to continued growth, they are looking for a motivated Account Manager to join their team in Munich. As an Account Manager, your main focus will be to ensure customers satisfaction while developing and maintaining complex relationships with large organisations. You will manage all post-sales activities, conduct check-in calls, business reviews and be the middle person between your customers and the data science team.

Working closely with the Sales, Customer Support & Product teams, you will be the voice of the customer; creating plans for each customer and identifying improvement possibilities.

To be considered for this opportunity, you will have:

* 2+ years of experience in Software Account Management, Sales or Customer facing role (SaaS, licencing, etc…)

* Outstanding communication skills and a customer-centric approach

* Enthusiastic, motivated and problem solver

* A strong interest or passion for science, chemistry or AI with an aptitude for maths and/or statistics

This is a full-time permanent role with 20/30% travel to customer sites. Working from home is possible a couple of days per week.
