SALARY: £50,000 – £75,000 TERM: Permanent

I have been briefed on a new position by an amazing and high-profile family office (name is confidential at this stage) based in Zurich, Switzerland.

This is a senior EA/Admin, Office Manager/Private PA role where you be supporting a couple of family members, whilst at the same time managing a small team of EAs and other support staff. On the other side of the fence, you’ll be working some members of the investment team from a logistics point of view.

The client is looking for someone exceptionally experienced, ideally with family office or Private PA experience. Someone highly discreet and resourceful who can take on projects and really work as part of what is ostensibly a family.

Fluent German is essential. Salary is open and will depend on the individual.
