SALARY IN SWISS FRANCS – 75,000 – 95,000 CHF

A unique Geneva based opportunity has arisen to support the Managing Partner and Founder of a UK based investment firm who has recently moved to Geneva. We are therefore seeking a fluent French and English speaker who has strong working knowledge of the area.

THE POSITION

The role will provide full EA support to the Managing Partner – primarily across business requirements with additional personal tasks when required:

Extensive diary management and email correspondence
Global travel arrangements including detailed travel itineraries
Scheduling meetings, liaising across the team (who are mostly London based) and externally with key contacts
Expense management and ad hoc errands
Oversee day-to-day running of the newly set up office
Interim support to the Founder’s family

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS

This role will suit an experienced and switched on EA who has supported at senior level, ideally within finance. You will be detail oriented, able to work independently and as part of a remote team and be a confident and effective communicator.

Fluent English and French is essential
Solid working knowledge of the area and the Swiss system
Relevant 1:1 experience in a similar role, supporting at senior level, ideally within finance
Flexibility and readiness to be contacted outside of hours
Strong IT skills – Microsoft Office
