Web Content Administrator

As Website Content Administrator, you will join Nu Skin’s Digital team and be responsible for maintaining and updating our websites with content that will engage and drive our customers and Brand Affiliates. You will help to coordinate the continued success of the company’s 60 websites spread across our 26 markets in EMEA. Your main priorities in this role will be to ensure a uniform layout and consistent brand guidelines are being applied across all our websites. Additionally, you will also be responsible for verifying that our websites are clear, correct and appealing to the eye. As Web Content Administrator, it will also be crucial to take a proactive role in driving further growth by analyzing and sharing both data and recommendations with your internal stakeholders. Aiming for a high-quality, user friendly and customer first website, your main web content responsibilities include: Working with the Product Marketing and Digital Marketing teams to implement Nu Skin’s content strategy online Taking the lead on internal web requests tied to content strategy projects which you will be assigned Reviewing webpages for accuracies and update errors Providing internal stakeholders with assistance and support regarding website troubleshooting, coordinating with the relevant functions to implement fixes Coordinating translations and ensuring their roll-out across all our markets Gathering requirements from internal stakeholders and aim to continuously develop internal web tools to optimize internal and external user experience Taking ownership and reporting on ad hoc testing needs, undertaking necessary action while working closely with the EMEA IT team and keeping the rest of the project team informed on outstanding issues and progress Strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practices Solid computer skills and a proven track record working with various software applications i.e. CMS, Google Analytics, Microsoft Office products… Open mindset focused on opportunities and solutions rather than problems and obstacles Strong interest in new technologies, SEO & web analytics Ability to function in a highly dynamic and fast-paced environment Teamwork skills and the ability to work with numerous stakeholders, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
