For more information on BD, please visit Primary role responsibilities This provides a general focus for the requirements of the role but is not exhaustive. You will be working closely with the Benelux UCC business manager Process alternative solutions for discontinued products in our ERP system -Discontinuation of products in customer contracts                 -Implementation of alternative products in customer contracts                 -Processing of updated customer contracts Follow up on customer complaints related to product discontinuation -Gathering information from sales about possible alternatives                 -Contacting customers to resolve the issue You will work closely with both internal and external customers. Required competencies, Skills and Experience Strong administrative and organizational skills Able to work independently and have a hands-on mentality Detail-oriented and proactive Bachelor’s degree or equal through working experience Good knowledge of Dutch, English, and French Experience in the use of MS Office applications Desired Competencies & skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities Embody trust, integrity and ethics inside and outside the company. Effective interaction with all levels of internal and external staff Performance orientated and able to work towards on-time delivery of project-related tasks as well as general targets & deadlines.
