“The ball is in the Francophones’ court”

BRUSSELS – Flemish editorialists are united in apportioning the blame for the breakdown of the coalition talks to the Francophone politicians. The region’s editors feel that no progress can be made towards the formation of a new federal government until French-speakers realise that they are going to have to discuss constitutional reform.
