Britain, China sign trade deals worth £1.4 billion: Cameron

Britain and China signed new trade deals worth £1.4 billion at a summit on Monday, Prime Minister David Cameron said after meeting Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao in London.

"I am delighted that today's summit has seen new deals signed worth £1.4 billion," Cameron said at a joint press conference with Wen. The deals are worth the equivalent of 1.6 billion euros or $2.2 billion.
