Prime Minister David Cameron said Tuesday that the killings of 13 civilians by British troops in Northern Ireland on Bloody Sunday in 1972 were "unjustified and unjustifiable".

The conclusions of the 5,000-page report into the incident were "absolutely clear" that the shootings by British paratroopers were "wrong".
