A cameraman for the Al-Jazeera satellite network who had been detained in Libya since March has arrived in Tunisia after being released, state media reported Thursday.

Kamel al-Tallou told the official TAP news agency that he had crossed the border on Wednesday after being released last Thursday, without elaborating.

According to the Qatar-based Al-Jazeera's website, Tallou is a British citizen who is married with four children. He was arrested in March while covering the uprising against veteran leader Moamer Kadhafi's four-decade rule.
