Warsaw faces second flood threat

The Polish capital is faced with the second flood wave as the Vistula River levels get high again, RIA Novosti reported. Meteorologist predict higher water levels in the coming hours, some 7,7 meters. Rescuers are struggling to avoid a powerful flush of water into the city. Warsaw Mayor Hanna Gronkiewicz-Walts has arrived at the affected area.
